Our mission is to bring higher-end fragrances to customers at competitive prices. Natural State Fragrance was created to provide original, upscale fragrances for candle makers and other makers.
2. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to commit fraud, interfere with website operations, misuse customer accounts, scrape content, copy protected materials, or engage in any activity that harms Natural State Fragrance, our customers, or our business.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict access to our website at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, sizes, usage instructions, fragrance details, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, colors, prices, inventory levels, or other website content will be complete, current, or error-free at all times.
Product photos, packaging, labels, and colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, modify product offerings, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Fragrance Oils and Product Testing
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, safety information, IFRA usage guidance where applicable, and conducting their own testing before using any product in a finished good.
Natural State Fragrance recommends purchasing the smallest available size first to test compatibility before committing to larger quantities.
Fragrance performance may vary based on wax type, wick selection, vessel, fragrance load, cure time, production method, product base, and other variables. We do not guarantee specific performance results in your finished products.
5. Safety, Compliance, and Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, testing, labeling, sale, and use of any finished products made with Natural State Fragrance products.
You agree to:
- Follow all product instructions and warnings.
- Review applicable IFRA guidance and safety data where available.
- Conduct appropriate testing before selling or distributing finished goods.
- Use proper fragrance load percentages for your specific application.
- Store fragrance oils and supplies in a cool, dry place away from heat, flames, sunlight, children, and pets.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your finished products.
Our FAQ recommends testing fragrance oils with your chosen wax and checking IFRA usage information before using fragrance oils in soaps, bath products, or other personal care applications.
Natural State Fragrance is not responsible for failed batches, product incompatibility, improper usage, allergic reactions, regulatory noncompliance, labeling errors, or damages arising from products created by customers.
6. Allergies and Sensitivities
Fragrance oils, essential oils, bases, waxes, and related materials may cause allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivities in some individuals. Customers and end users should review all available product information and perform appropriate testing before use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Natural State Fragrance is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, improper dilution, or improper application of products.
7. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept payment methods made available on our website, which may include major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout.
By submitting an order, you represent that all billing, shipping, and payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
8. Processing Times and Shipping

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our direct control.
9. Final Sale Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. Your current Refund Policy states that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Because fragrance oils, bases, waxes, and maker supplies require customer testing and may be affected by customer handling, storage, and use, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a product does not perform as expected in a customer’s specific formula, wax, vessel, wick, base, or finished product.
10. Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
11. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us so we can work to get the issue resolved. If a package show delivered and is stolen or goes missing, we are not responsible for the lost product. It is our responsibility to get the product to you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for the product once it has been delivered.
12. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or you received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide complete photos of the interior and exterior of the parcel, along with photos of the contents received.
Natural State Fragrance may compare carrier scanned weights with internal records to verify accuracy.
Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
13. Out-of-Stock Products
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we may refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining items in your order.
14. Order Holds
Natural State Fragrance is unable to hold orders for more than one week. Orders left on hold beyond that time may be processed and shipped as scheduled. If you need to delay shipment, we recommend adjusting your order date accordingly.
15. Pro-Membership Terms
Natural State Fragrance offers a Pro-Membership plan. At the time this draft was prepared, the Pro-Membership was listed at $15 per month and included a 10% discount on everything, including wax, with next-day processing,
By purchasing a Pro-Membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout until the membership is canceled.
New Pro-Members may be required to complete checkout for the membership first, then return to place a product order so the discount can apply automatically.
Pro-Membership benefits, pricing, discounts, free sample offers, and processing perks may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Membership discounts may not apply retroactively to previous orders.
Customers may cancel their membership at any time, subject to the cancellation process available through the website, account portal, or customer support.
16. Promotions, Discounts, and Free Samples
Promotions, discounts, free samples, sale pricing, and special offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or transferred.
Free samples, when offered, may be selected at random and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that customers will receive a specific fragrance sample.
17. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or other harmful activity.
18. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Natural State Fragrance so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks raised without prior communication and valid justification may result in penalties, including account bans, loss of warranties/support, and potential legal action to recover losses.
19. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content through our website or third-party review tools. By submitting content, you grant Natural State Fragrance permission to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for business, marketing, and website purposes.
You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse content at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural State Fragrance, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products, your finished goods, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
